Become a Non-Profit Partner

Local charities play a vital role at each Adams Golf Pro Tour Series event.  They not only help provide the numerous volunteers used throughout the week, but also raise the funds needed to run a first-class professional event.  All sponsor dollars are funneled through the local non-profit(s) involved with the event; with 100% of the net proceeds being theirs to use as they see fit.

The Adams Golf Pro Tour Series provides a playing field of professional golfers for the tournament event.  Unlike other professional golf events, the Tour (rather than the charity or course) enlists the professional golfers and handles registration and collection of any entry fees.  We will bring in quality professional golfers for the pro-am event, junior golf clinic, and/or a pro-member shootout; as well as provide rules sheets and hole location sheets.

We have worked hand-in-hand with organizations such as the Salvation Army, Boys & Girls Clubs, Children's Miracle Network, and Cancer Centers.  Annually, we help contribute over $500,000 to local charities.

It is our goal to partner with a local non-profit in each of the communities we visit.  We host tournaments in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas and Mississippi.  If your organization is interested in starting a golf tournament, or turning your already successful one-day charity golf tournament into a pro-am and professional tournament, please contact our office at 972-535-0514.

8-1/2  Exchanging Distance Information

Information regarding the distance between two objects is public information and not advice.  It is therefore permissible for players to exchange information relating to the distance between two objects.  For example, a player may ask anyone, including his opponent, fellow-competitor or either of their caddies, the distance between his ball and the hole.
