Newly Announced Policies -
January 1, 2010
Groove
Policy
Adams Golf Pro Tour Series will not enforce New Groove Regulations for
beginning of 2010 Season. Should we decide to implement this rule at a
later date during the 2010 season, notice will be provided to all
players at least 2 months beforehand.
We support the position by the USGA and the PGA Tour(s) on the new
groove requirements, but feel more time is needed to monitor the initial
effects of this new Rule on our players and on the Adams Golf Pro Tour
Series. However, should you plan on participating in any PGA/Nationwide
Tour events in 2010 and beyond (including Monday qualifiers), we
strongly encourage you to make all efforts to acquire the right
equipment in order to meet the new groove requirements at such
competitions.
"A major concern is the ability by the major club manufacturers to
supply players, at our level, with conforming clubs in a sufficient
amount of time during the onset of the 2010 season," said Tyler Wolford,
Tour Director. "The feedback we have received from our members
highlights this concern; plus the financial constraints they are facing
in acquiring new equipment. Allowing more time will better prepare our
staff and players, and help provide better insight for this policy to be
adopted later in 2010 or by the start of the 2011 season."
Beginning with the start of the 2011 season, Adams Golf Pro Tour Series
players will have to abide by these new USGA standards with all clubs 25
degrees and higher.
Pull Carts
Pull carts are allowed during all tournament
rounds. Adams Golf Pro Tour Series officials reserve the right to amend
this policy during tournament play should golf course conditions be
unfavorable (i.e. wet/saturated areas that may be affected by carts).
All players will be notified of any change prior to the start of a
tournament round.
2010 ADAMS GOLF PRO TOUR SERIES REGULATIONS
(subject to change)
I. Conduct of Tournaments
A.
Starting Fields in Open Tournaments
Full Fields for events are 156 players. Fields will be made up of the
first paid 154 players, with members having priority over non-members
and 2 host players. (see Tournament Entry Procedures).
B. Tournament Format
Adams Golf Pro Tour Series events will consists of 72 holes of stroke
play. Fields will be cut after 36 holes to the top 40 and ties.
All events are walking with the exception of a few RIDING only events
due to the host course terrain. In walking events, players are urged to
either carry their own clubs or hire a caddy.
However, players will also have the option to use Pull Carts during tournament play.
C.
Tournament Entry Procedure:
To enter an event, any member paying with check must fill
out an entry form and mail it, along with the entry fee, to the Tour
office. Check entries MUST be in the tour office by Wednesday, one
week prior to the tournament - No Exceptions! Entry fee
amounts are subject to certain deadlines. Any players using credit
cards to pay for entries MUST register on-line at
www.adamsgolfprotourseries.com. ALL non-members and amateurs
must register on-line.
Entries will be taken on a
first paid basis, in the following order of priority.

to be accepted, on a space available basis, until the Friday before the
tournament.
No payments will be accepted over the phone
or at tournament sites.
D.
Waiting List Procedure:
All non-members registering for events prior
to the Wednesday, 2 weeks before the tournament, will automatically be
added to the waiting list.
After that "deadline", if spots are available, non-members from the
waiting list will be added to the field and their entry fees will
be processed at that time. When a tournament is FULL and a
waiting list is established, members will have priority over
non-members. Again, entries are dated and placed on the waiting
list in the order in which they are received. If a spot opens in
the tournament, members will be filled in first, then non-members, and
finally amateurs.
E.
Withdrawals and No Shows:
Withdrawals
will be accepted for any reason, without penalty, when notice is given
by 5 PM, the Friday before the event. Players must call the Tour Office
to withdraw. For withdrawals after the Friday deadline, the
player
will waive his entry fee to the tournament.
Medical and personal withdrawals after the Friday deadline will be
evaluated on a case by case instance, and if accepted, there will be a
$100 administrative fee. The player must submit written
documentation to the Tour office within 24 hours of withdrawal, and
medical withdrawal documentation must be on Doctor's letterhead. No

reason.
PGA Monday Qualifiers - Players who are scheduled to play in a
Adams Golf Pro Tour Series event, but qualify to play in a PGA,
Nationwide, or Champions Tour event that week, will receive a full
credit or refund of their tournament entry fee if they notify the Adams
Golf Pro Tour Series Office of their desire to withdraw by noon on
Tuesday.
F. On-Site Tournament check in:
There is no formal on-site tournament
check-in, however, it is the player's responsibility to make sure that
his name is in the tournament field. The complete field will be
posted on the Tour website, and at the tour trailer Tuesday morning.
If a player's name is missing from the field, he must contact the tour
office to correct the mistake; otherwise, he will not be given a tee
time.
G. Tee Times Procedure:
No
tee-time requests will be taken. Official tee times will be posted
by 5pm, two days prior to the start of the event, at the tour trailer,
the host golf shop, the primary host hotel and the tour's website.
Tee times are not available at the tour office.
I. Reduction of Fields (Cuts):
Unless
otherwise provided in the tournament agreement or otherwise determined
by the Tour Director in his discretion (e.g. due to weather), the
starting field in a Adams Golf Pro Tour Series tournament shall be
reduced (cut) to the 40 players having the lowest scores at the
conclusion of 36 holes of tournament play, including any player tied for
40th place.
In the event of a postponement or
cancellation of any of the first 3 rounds, the Tour Director, at his
discretion, may schedule the final 36 holes to be played in one day.
J. Pro-Am Policy:
Top 25 money winners (Tour Members) on the Adams Golf Pro Tour
Series are
required to play in the pro-ams so that the tour sponsors
can play with the Tour's top players.
Other players may request to play in the pro-ams by calling the tour
office to be added to the list. If more than the top 25 are
needed, the Tour Director will choose the extra pros from the list, and
will post the pros needed to the website by Friday before the event.
A $500 skins game is provided for the pro-am each week. Players will be
allowed to miss 4 pro-ams over the course of the year. Players need to
notify the Tour by Friday @ 5 PM if they need to miss the next week's
pro-am.
There will be no practice rounds during any
Pro-Am.
Important Note: Players will be allowed to miss four Pro-Ams, but
must notify either the Tour Director or Tour Office by Friday prior to
the Pro Am. All Pros who have committed to play in the Pro Am are
required to attend any social functions related to that Pro Am. Players,
once committed, who fail to participate in the pro-am or pairings party
will be fined $100 for the first offense. Any offenses there after will
result in disqualification from that weeks tournament, and ineligibility
to participate in future Pro-Ams. The dress code for such functions will
be different at each event. The required dress code will be posted at
the Tour Trailer each week. Professional are expected to comply with the
Tour dress code while attending these functions.
Pros are not eligible for any prizes awarded for any contest (e.g.,
hole-in-one, longest drive, closest to the hole, etc.) unless
specifically stated otherwise.
There will be no practice rounds during any pro-am.
K. Junior Clinic Policy
Junior clinics will be held on Saturday afternoon unless otherwise
noted. Each clinic will have 5-10 Adams Golf Pro Tour Series
Professionals participate. Professionals will be chosen by the Tour
Director the week prior to the clinic. The names for each clinic will be
posted on the player message board by Friday.
Every Adams Golf Pro Tour Series member will be chosen no more than
twice during the season to help with a clinic. It is the
responsibility of every player to attend the clinic for which they are
chosen to participate or find a replacement. Players failing to attend
are subject to discipline by the Tour Director and will be chosen for
future clinics. In addition to these participants, professionals
playing in or near their hometown are expected to participate in the
junior clinic. It is very important for local players to represent The
Adams Golf Pro Tour Series and give back to the local community which
supports them.
L.
Practice Round Policy
Official practice round days
are two days before each tournament's first round and are listed under
the schedule of events for each tournament. The practice rounds
are free to Tour members by showing their 2010 Tour ID. Tour members
will have to pay for a cart, if used, during practice rounds.
Non-members playing in any event will have to pay for a practice round,
with or without a cart. Pros are asked to call the host course to
arrange tee times. At most events there are NO PRACTICE ROUNDS on
pro-am day.
M. Driving Range Policy
Range hours will vary at each site. The range may also be temporarily
closed during the day for additional picking and special events. As
daylight permits, the range may remain open later during some events.
The range facility is available to Adams Golf Pro Tour Series players
and pro-am participants only. Players must cooperate with the closing
hours of the range so that the balls may be picked, cleaned, and readied
for the next day. A fine will be incurred if a player does not comply
with the facility or tournament staff concerning the temporary closing
of the range.
Due to the restricted nature of some facilities, the length and width of
the range may dictate the use of irons only or small number of hitting
stations.
The Tour has a limited number of range balls for the year. Please
refrain from hitting range balls out of the driving range area. If a
player is caught with range balls in his shag bag or using them he will
receive a $500 fine.
N.
Course Markings
The tournament course will be marked by the Tour Staff prior to the
event. In addition to the normal course markings, the staff will place a
small white dot on the front and back of each green to define the green
depth.
On all par 3's, the yardage will be
marked on the back of the tee box. This number represents the distance
from the line on the back of the tee box to the white dot on the front
of the green. Fairway dots will be used at all events.
Yardages are to the front of each green - Yellow (250), Blue (200),
White (150), Red (100) and Yellow/Red (75).
O.
Electronic Devices
The use of
distance-measuring devices will be permitted in all Adams Golf Pro Tour
Series events. The devices can only measure distance. The
use of devices that gauge or measure other conditions that may affect a
player's play (e.g. wind or gradient) regardless of whether used is not
permitted.
Other electronic devices such as
mobile cell phones (unless used to contact an official), radios, ipods,
MP3 players, televisions, and the like, are NOT permitted. Any use
of such device during the stipulated round will result in disciplinary
action and possible DISQUALIFICATION. (Use is defined as the device
being on at any time during the stipulated round).
P.
Late to the Tee
A player must be present and ready to play five minutes prior to his
scheduled tee time. The Tour incorporates the note under Rule 6-3b that
allows the player to be up to 5 minutes late with a two stroke penalty.
After five minutes he will be disqualified. The clocks on the starting
tees are the Official Time.
Q. Message Board
The Tour Trailer is the official message center for all events. Any
changes in the format or policy will be posted at the trailer. All
players are responsible for information posted, and are expected to
check the board daily.
R. Scoring
Immediately after completion of a round, the players are to bring their
scorecards to the scoring tent, check them, and return them to the
scoring volunteers. Once the player has turned in his scorecard and left
the boundary of the scoring area, the scorecard is considered returned.
During the round, at specific scoring check points, the player may be
asked for his scorecard by a Tour Official or volunteer in order to
update our On Course leader boards. These requests will be made as
unobtrusively as possible, and the cooperation by the player is required
and greatly appreciated.
Scoring Check points are generally as follows:
Round 1 & 2 - 1 & 10 Tees
Round 3 & 4 - 1, 6, 10, & 15 Tees
II. Tournament Administration Matters
A. Purses:
All 2010 regular season event purses will be
$100,000 with a
number of feature events with purses of
$125,000. (Schedule to be
released in December) First place will be $15,000 at each
regular season events and $18,000 at the feature events.
All professional players making the cut and completing the final round
will receive a check, with minimum check set at $400.
B. Purse Distribution:
Checks will be mailed to the player's
address shown on the registration form, unless an alternate address is
provided to the Tour Office, approximately
5 business days
following the final round. No check will be sent unless the Adams
Golf Pro Tour Series has record of player's Social Security Number or
Tax ID. US Federal Law requires the Adams Golf Pro Tour Series to
withhold 30% of all foreign players' winnings, unless a US TIN is
provided.
C.
Bad Weather Guidelines
A minimum of 36 holes must be completed for an event to be considered
official. If less than 36 holes are completed, 100% of the entry fee
will be returned to the participants.
In situations involving bad weather, our first priority is always the
competition and completion of 72 holes. Every effort will be made to
achieve this objective by Saturday or Sunday (depending on the
tournament start day), which could include playing 36 holes on the final
day. If this cannot be accomplished, play may be extended to Sunday, if
course conditions and weather forecasts permit.
In making decisions to extend play or reduce the tournament to fewer
than 72 holes, the on-site Tour Director will discuss the situation and
conditions with a number of parties; including the host organization,
title sponsor, host facility (general manager and/or course
superintendent), onsite weather forecaster, and other members of the
committee. Players are not included in these discussions as policy
dictates it is inappropriate for the committee to discuss matters
directly affecting the competition with contestants.
Important: If play is suspended overnight, it is the player's
responsibility to recover his scorecard from his marker in the event
that his fellow competitor does not return for play the following day.
1. Extending Play an Additional Day
a. Every effort will
be made to finish each round as scheduled. The first priority is always
the completion of 72 holes.
b. In an effort to
achieve this objective, 36 holes may be played on the scheduled final
round following the reduction of the field to the score which has the
closest number of players to the designated cut number.
c. If conditions
exist which prevent 72 holes from being completed by the scheduled final
round, play may extend an additional day if the Tournament Committee,
golf course conditions, and weather forecast permit. Play on this
extended day could include 36 holes and a reduction of the field to the
score which has the closest number of players to the designated cut
number.
d. If conditions
exist which make the completion of 72 holes impossible, the next
priority is to complete 54 holes. Again, play in this situation may be
extended an additional day if the Tournament Committee, golf course
conditions, and weather permit.
e. If conditions
exist which make the completion of 54 holes impossible, the next
priority is complete 36 holes. Again, play in this situation may be
extended an additional day.
f. Play will never be
extended beyond one additional day of the scheduled finishing day.
2. On-Site
Communication
a. On Tuesday of a
Tournament Week, the Tour Director will meet the host organization and
the Title Sponsor representative to review bad weather guidelines and
discuss plans to extend the event to Sunday if necessary. Also reviewed
will be the tournament's plan to relocate any special events planned for
the tournament course on extended day (i.e., corporate outings) if play
is extended.
b. During any weather
delays; after receiving and heavily weighing input from the host site
(general manager and/or course superintendent and on-site weather
forecaster) the Tour shall make the final decision to play 36 holes on
Saturday, extend play an additional day or reduce the tournament to
fewer than 72 holes.
c. Once a decision is
reached, the players, host organization, and the title sponsor should be
the first informed. Secondly, the Tour Director will disseminate the
information to the media and then to the tournament committee if
applicable.
3.
Other Factors and Issues
Factors and issues that are considered in making decisions to suspend,
postpone or cancel play include the following:
a. Weather Forecast:
The likelihood of weather conditions allowing the golf course to be
prepared for play and the competition to be completed.
b. Course Conditions:
The conditions of the golf course must allow the competition to be
conducted under the Rules of Golf. The lift, clean, and place rule may
be put into effect under extreme circumstances.
c. Cancellation of a
Started Round: If some players begin a round under extremely adverse
weather conditions, conditions subsequently worsen and further play that
day is impossible, the round may be cancelled and replayed in it's
entirety.
d. Tournament Format:
If the tournament utilizes a multiple course format, the number of
rounds needed to have players complete one round on each course will be
considered. In pro-am events, amateurs may be asked to discontinue once
play resumes in an effort to complete play on schedule.
e. Events on Other
Tour's Schedules: Decisions to extend play an additional day will not be
influenced by the following week's scheduled event.
4. Host
Organization/Title Sponsor
a. A tournament is
shortened due to the inclement weather or other circumstances. Because
of the additional cost and logistical problems associated with an
additional day of play, host organizations clearly would prefer to
shorten an event to 54 holes rather then extend to Sunday to complete 72
holes. However, host organizations for the most part support an
extension of play if required to complete 54 holes.
5.
Suspension of Play Due to Dangerous Situations
Play may be suspended for such dangerous situations as lightning,
tornadoes, etc. If the players in a group are between two holes, they
must not resume play until the Committee so orders. Players who are
playing a hole must discontinue play immediately and not resume until
ordered by the Committee.
THE PENALTY FOR BREACH OF THIS CONDITION IS DISQUALIFICATION
All practice areas shall be closed during a suspension for a dangerous
situation until the Committee has declared them open for use. Players
who disregard such closing shall be subject to disciplinary actions.
Signals for Suspending and Resuming Play
*
Discontinue Play Immediately - One long horn blast
* Discontinue Play -Three short horn blasts
* Resume Play - Two short horn blasts
D.
Pace of Play Policy
Rule 6-7 states, in part: The player shall play without undue delay and
in accordance with any pace of play guidelines which may be laid down by
the Committee. The following pace of play guidelines, penalties, and
fines for stroke play competitions have been adopted.
1.
Definition of Out of Position
The first group to start will be considered out of position if, at any
time during the round, they exceed the time allotted to play as detailed
on the Tour's Pace of Play Chart.
Any subsequent group will be considered out of position if, at any time
during the round, they (a) exceed the allotted time to play and (b)
reach a par-3 hole that is open and free of play or reach a par-4 or
par-5 hole and have not played a stroke from the teeing ground before
the hole is open and free of play.
Note: The Rules Committee reserves the right to time a group when
they deem it necessary.
2. Monitoring Group
All players in a group that is out of position will be informed that
they are being timed. Such a warning to a group will be given after all
players have left the teeing ground and prior to any other stroke.
3. Timing
At the discretion of the Rules Committee, once a group is determined to
be out of position, players in the group may be timed. Other than on the
putting green, the timing of a player's stroke will begin when it is his
turn to play and he can play without interference or distraction. Time
spent determining yardage will count as time taken for the next stroke.
On the putting green, timing will begin after a player has been allowed
a reasonable amount of time to mark, lift, clean and replace his ball,
repair his ball mark and other ball marks on his line of putt and remove
loose impediments on his line of putt.
Note: A player is permitted 40 seconds to play a stroke, and an
extra 20 seconds (for a total of 60 seconds) will be allowed for:
(a) the first player to play a stroke on a par-3 hole;
(b) the first player to play a second stroke on a par-4 or par-5 hole;
(c) the first player to play a third stroke on a par-5 hole;
(d) the first player to play around the putting green;
(e) the first player to play on the putting green.
Any player in a group being timed who exceeds the applicable time to
play a stroke will be informed in writing at the scoring area.
4. Penalties (per
Round)
First Offense:
One (1) time exceeding the applicable time to play a stroke-no penalty
and a warning
Second Offense:
One additional timing (total of two) exceeding the applicable time
to play a stroke - one (1) stroke penalty
Third Offense:
One additional timing (total of three) exceeding the applicable time
to play a stroke - two stroke (2) penalty and $500 fine
Fourth Offense:
One more timing (total of four) exceeding the applicable time to
play a stroke - $500 fine and disqualification.
5.
Appeals
Any appeal of a penalty and fine must be referred to the Tour Director
upon completion of the player in question's round. The Tour Director's
decision shall be final. If the player in question does not appeal
immediately upon conclusion of his round, any penalties and fines shall
stand.
E.
Player Conduct Policy
The Adams Golf Pro Tour Series expects all players to conduct themselves
as professionals. Club throwing, offensive language, destruction of
property, and any other conduct deemed by the Tournament Committee to be
unbecoming of a professional will not be tolerated. The following is a
list of the possible offenses and penalties:
1.
Offensive language (per tournament)
First Offense: Warning
Second Offense: $500 fine and DQ warning
Third Offense: DQ and subject to dismissal from tour
2. Club Throwing (per tournament)
First Offense: $500 fine, and DQ warning
Second Offense: Disqualification
3. Destruction of Property (annually accumulative)
First Offense: $500 fine, and DQ warning
Second Offense: DQ and tour expulsion warning
Third Offense: Tour expulsion.
4. Striking a Tour Tee Marker (per tournament)
First Offense: $500 fine and disqualification
5.
Failure to Rake Bunkers
All bunkers must be raked properly and thoroughly after a professional
has played from it. Raking with a club or foot is not acceptable. The
bunker should be left in better shape than when the player entered it in
order to create equal conditions for all participants. If a caddie fails
to rake a bunker, the professional is held responsible for his caddie's
actions. Failure to rake a bunker fines are as follows:
First Offense: $500 fine and DQ warning
Second Offense: Disqualification
6.
Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol consumption during a practice round, Pro-Am, or tournament
round; and/or alcohol abuse during a Tour function will not be
tolerated. A $500 fine will be assessed for each violation with NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Any excessive behavior deemed unprofessional is grounds for
disqualification or tour expulsion and is at the sole discretion of the
Tour Officials. Players disqualified or expelled are not entitled to a
refund or credit for their entry fee or Tour membership fee. Our conduct
policy will be strictly enforced, and applies to all competitors. Fines
must be paid before the player will be allowed to tee off for the next
round.
In the administration of these player conduct guidelines, a member of
the Rules Committee shall not tolerate abuse, oral or otherwise, by a
player. Such abuse may constitute conduct unbecoming of a professional.

H. Water Bottles
All player need to carry water bottles during tournament play. Water
will be provided on the course, but no cups will be provided, so players
need to refill their water bottles as often as possible during each

I.
Caddie Regulations
All players in the Tour tournaments are encouraged to
employ caddies for all practice, pro-am, and tournament rounds. Golf
carts may occasionally be authorized by the Tour due to the host course
terrain. Pull carts are now allowed.
A player may bring his own caddie or hire a local caddie, if available.
Local caddies shall be paid promptly. The fee is to be resolved early in
the week between the player and caddie. Players shall be responsible for
the conduct and behavior of their caddies at tournaments.
The following shall be adhered to in all Tour tournaments:
a. Players are
responsible for calling host courses for the availability of local
caddies.
b. Caddies may not
wear jeans or cutoffs. Hemmed shorts, skirts, skorts and capris are
permitted.
c. Caddies must wear
a collard shirt at all times
d. Caddies shall wear
smooth rubber-soled shoes preferably tennis or basketball shoes. Golf
spikes and flip flops are prohibited.
e. Caddies shall
assist in maintaining the course by REPLACING DIVOTS AND RAKING BUNKERS
as soon as possible after their players have played.
f. Caddies shall not
hit shots or putts anywhere on the practice areas or course except in
specially approved competitions.
For any violation of these regulations which affect play, a fine will be
levied against the player of the caddie.
Pull Carts
Pull carts are allowed during all tournament rounds. Adams Golf Pro Tour
Series officials reserve the right to amend this policy during
tournament play should golf course conditions be unfavorable (i.e.
wet/saturated areas that may be affected by carts). All players will be
notified of any change prior to the start of a tournament round.
J. Player Equipment
To help ensure that players competing in the Tour tournaments use
equipment which conforms with the USGA Rules of Golf, players are
encouraged to:
a. Confirm with
equipment manufacturers that new equipment or samples have been approved
by the USGA.
b. Have any altered
or unusual clubs checked out by a Tour Rules Official before tournament
use.
c. Verify that the
ball chosen to be played is on the USGA's Conforming Golf Balls list.
If a player fails to submit his
equipment prior to competition, he assumes all risk of a ruling that the
equipment does not conform with the USGA Rules of Golf. Additionally, if
required by a Tour official, a player is obligated to surrender any
equipment if it is determined that additional off-site testing is
necessary to rule on conformity. Failure to do so will result in
disciplinary action.
Groove Policy Exception
Beginning with the start of the 2011 season, Adams Golf Pro Tour Series
players will have to abide by these new USGA standards with all clubs 25
degrees and higher.
K. Policy for use of carts by disabled family members
While we will make every effort to accommodate disabled family
members who need golf carts, we remind the players that additional golf
carts on site at tournaments create numerous logistical concerns. As
such, we have worked closely with the tournament organizations to reduce
the overall number of carts used during tournament week. Nonetheless,
the following policy shall be applicable for members seeking to obtain
the use of a golf cart for a disabled family member.
The request for the use of the cart must be made by the Tour member.
In requesting the use of a cart for a disabled family member the Tour
member must indicate the name of the person, the nature of the
disability, and if requested by the Tour, provide medical reports or
other data indicating the extent and nature of the disability.
A request must be made for each individual tournament and must be made
no later than the Tuesday of the tournament by 12 noon.
Carts will be made available only to family members who have a
disability that prevents them from walking along with their players. The
Tour Director's decision shall be final.
If a cart is issued to the family member, the following rules relating
to the use of the cart shall apply:
Cart use shall remain on paths at all times.
Carts will not be permitted in designated practice areas (e.g., range,
putting green, etc.) at any time.
If in the Tour Director's opinion, use of the cart could potentially
damage the playing surface of the golf course (e.g., due to wet course
conditions), the Tour Director shall have the right to deny the use of
the cart.
We appreciate the membership's cooperation with these policies as we
believe they strike the appropriate balance between the membership's
need to accommodate their disabled family members while, at the same
time, not unfairly hindering practice rounds by other members and
endangering the safety of spectators and other tournament sites.
L. Practice Areas
To provide contestants the ability to practice without distraction,
The Tour has adopted the following policy.
Only contestants, caddies, instructors, media, golf equipment
manufacturers, and Tour Officials are permitted onto any designated
practice area (e.g., driving range, practice putting green, practice
chipping green, bunkers and tournament course) during practice rounds.
NOTE: Family members and friends are not permitted inside the ropes on
the golf course at any time. Family members are permitted on the other
designated practice areas when accompanied by the player. Players are
expected to use good judgment and discretion when inviting friends and
family onto designated practice areas.
